It is constructed in Swiss and France by researchers of the European council of nuclear researches CERN center. At first time it was started up in September, 2008, but there was an accident and the collider was stopped.
According to the official issue of the European council of nuclear researches – CERN Bulletin’s information first testing of the proton injection system is to be started up within the next few days.
The three sectors are now being under examination with 2 kiloampere current within main circuits while the other three ones are with lower current. During some next weeks the current power will have been increasing in all circuits up to 6 kiloampere.
The most popular theme being discussed now in mass media concerns of disasters supposed to attend the new starting up of LHC. It even touches the possibility of changing the substance of the Universe.
But scientists hope the LHC could answer the insoluble questions of the general theory of relativity and the quantum theory of field as well as the interaction of substance and energy and even to discover adventures through times.
