Euro exchange rate: euro establishes new 14-month low

Euro continues its three-day drop

In brief: Euro falls below $1.25.

Though Wednesday Euro-zone data appeared unexpectedly positive to the euro, by the end of the week the euro currency exchange rates turned out to be sad. Euro continues its three-day drop, falling today below $1.25 and therefore establishing new 14-month low.

This happens despite the efforts of central banks to solve the difficulties in eurozone. Even the support package which was agreed by the EU countries last weekend doesn’t seem to stabilize the situation. And according to the financial experts, euro is going to continue its fall, dropping to the dollar level by the end of this year.
