U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) after a detailed study of details of the transaction for buying Google Inc. provider of mobile advertising AdMob, closed the investigation and gave the green light to conclusion of the contract. The officials also emphasize that both companies experienced during the rapid development in the recent past. “Despite the suspicion of combining the two leaders of the mobile advertising market and the risks associated with this association for competition, the commission concluded that these risks and suspicions were unfounded, mainly because of the emergence of a strong third player in this field – Apple Computers inc., – which has recently acquired a controlling stake Quattro Wireless as a means of launching its own mobile advertising service iAd “- said in a statement FTC.
