Default of Dubai World is to open new page of crisis

Why shouldn’t we invest in Dubai?

In brief: Dubai World has prevented default of loan payments and now the solution of financial crisis is qustioned.

The most fashionable hotels, masterpiece isles, amazing golf fields, world center of entertainment, buisness, tourism and trade, world’s largest center for attracting foreign employees… Dubai is an oasis in the desert, the richest emirate of the richest country in the world. And it has bankrupted by allowing the delay of massive credit which is valued in $80 billions.

Such accident has made panic on the markets. Thus sharemarkets of developing countries are falling down. Now Dubai World company has to be sold. But it is a problem to find new owner. It’s a pity but the sale of the company won’t rescue the business of real estate building in the desert and Dubai can lose its popularity for inverstors.
