Alfa Romeo Giulietta will hit the road next spring
It is going to be presented at the Geneva motor show in March 2010
In brief: New Alfa Romeo Giulietta is revealedNew Alfa Romeo will be made in five-door form and four turbocharged engines will be available from launch. There will also be three petrol options (1.4litres with either 140- or 170hp, or 1,742cc/235bhp) and two JTDM diesel models (1.6/105bhp and 2.0/170bhp).
All Giuliettas will include sophisticated electronic safety systems such as Alfa DNA, allowing drivers to customize the car’s handling characteristics to suit their tastes and road conditions, vehicle dynamic control, electronic differential and a dynamic steering tongue. The car is going to replace the ageing Alfa 147.
The new vehicle will be equipped with fuel-saving start and stop system and will comply with Euro 5 emissions legislation.
