In annualized decline in July was 57.2% versus 47.1%, in June. In addition, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association of the USA (MBA) the number of applications for mortgage loans increased by 1.3% for week ending 30 July, a week earlier, it was observed a decrease of 4.4%.
