According to the TechCrunch’s quotation from an anonymous source, Apple is testing iPhone device with NFC chip inside supplied by the NXP Semiconductor company. It is not clear how the device was tested and how quickly this technology becomes a reality in the iPhone commercial communicators. NFC short range Wireless Technology enables mobile device with the options of electronic travel ticket, card payments and data exchange in close range (up to 10 cm).
