On the brink of red abyss: Lloyds Banking Group PLC (LON: LLOY) and Barclays PLC (LON: BARC)

Lloyds and Barclays shares fall

In brief: British banks have not been able to stay in the green zone. Lloyds Banking Group PLC (LON: LLOY) and Barclays PLC (LON: BARC) were at the mercy of the bear trend.

The British stock market remains in the red zone. The banking sector is weak, the main bank shares are falling in price since the beginning of trading. Trading volumes have increased in the first half of the trading session.

Sales force bulls to remain in the shadow of the bear trend. Lloyds Banking Group PLC (LON: LLOY) shares are falling in price to 68.18 points, losing -1.46 (-2.10%). Barclays PLC (LON: BARC) shares fell back to 313.40 points, down -5.85 (-1.83%) during the first hour of the trading session. The analysts believe in the banking sector recovery towards the end of the week.
