Apple Company has failed the lawsuit against the owners of DOPi trade mark. Apple producers iPod players and its lawyers consider that DOPi violates its rights of using letter “i” in the name. But the court has judged other way.

Car accident has occurred today in the morning on the autobahn in Germany: about 130 cars have collided. According o the previous data, 25 persons are injured. The autobahn is now blocked; rescue services are working on the scene.

London. The centre of British capital - City. Fire started in the main city of the UK early in the morning is still continuing. Ukrainian Globalist’s newsman in Great Britain reports that 16 fire groups cannot extinguish fire which has covered five buildings in City. In general about 130 firemen are working on the scene. According to the previous information in British mass media, the fire has started about 4.30 a.m. and it is caused by arson.

Terrorist act has today occurred in the Eastern part of Pakistan. Suicide-bomber has undermined the police building of Lahore city where arrested militants have been being interrogated. According to the data of local government, there are about 13 victims of the terrorist act. Also many children having been going to schools have been wounded.

French Navy has captured 35 Somali pirates while two-day lasting patrols of the aquatory close to Somali coast. It is considered to be the most successful anti-pirates operation since the beginning of Atalanta operation on December, 2008.
