Earthquake in Turkey

Powerful earthquake has today occurred in Turkey in Elazig province. According to the official data of the Ministry of health protection, there are 51 persons dead and 34 wounded. All victims are local citizens. The governor of the province Muammer Erol ensures that there have already been no more people under the blockages.

Chile continues to be shaken

The new earthquake has today occurred in Chile. According to the data of the US Geological Service, the deep impact has occurred early in the morning and its epicenter has been 40 km far from Concepcion.

Enormous wave covered ship in the Mediterranean Sea

Enormous wave has covered cruise liner Louis Majesty belonged to the Cyprian company Louis Cruises floating under Maltese flag in Mediterranean Sea. The reason of such tsunami-wave in the sea is still unknown but it is supposed that it has appeared in result of Ksintiya hurricane.

Earthquake in Chile: Earth’s axis is moved

Scientists from JPL say that Chilean earthquake has caused day reduction to 1.26 microseconds due to the shift of Earth’s axis. This disaster can be compared with such on Sumatra in 2004.

Ice is found on the Moon
