Stress tests have become to German banks

Heads of the largest credit institutions in Germany have given their consent to participate in Pan-European “stress tests”. By the positive solution of the announcement prompted the details of the planned inspections, according to a press release of the Central Bank of Germany and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority of Germany (BaFin). More information about the mechanism of checks will be issued later.

China makes the DAX index grow today

Monday, June 21, the German index showed healthy growth indices. The main reason for this was China’s announcement coming weakening currency corridor. In addition, the central bank of Germany has raised its forecasts for GDP growth to 1.9% this year and 1,4% in 2011 The German DAX index added 1.22% and reached a level of 6,292.97 points and the index TecDAX advanced on 1,60% to a mark of 789.61 points.

Dow Jones Industrial Average falls off with the DAX

The situation that arose today the U.S. stock market resembles a similar situation in the market of Germany. Average Dow Jones Industrial and all the major U.S. market indexes went into negative from the beginning of trading, but the global collapse did not happen. Now Dow Jones is at the level of 10,119.25 points, losing to the beginning of trading points -53.28 (-0.52%). Germany’s main stock index finished the session with mixed dynamics.
