Exxon Mobil has negotiations with state oil companies of China on organizing joint venture. The cooperation is to cover fields of China as well as those out of the country. According to the vice-president of Exxon Mobil Mark Albers, the company tends to extend its production possibilities in oil sphere in China.

In already existing concern Exxon Mobil possesses 25% stocks together with Saudi Aramco, Sinorec and Chinese authorities. Now natural gas prices in China has become higher which was positively estimated by the US company. Thus, Exxon Mobil tries to set market prices to the resources. So, the negotiations with Chinese authorities may open new opportunities in oil and gas market.

Toyota has already withdrawn its cars before. Then it concerned about 10 million cars all over the world. Firstly there were problems in the system of brake and gas pedals, the other case was connected just with Lexus models’ failures. This time the problem is in electronic details of the automobiles LS460, LS460L, LS600h and LS600hL. All these problems lower the reputation of Toyota as one of the most reliable car producers.

It is connected with possible problems in brake system due to leaking brake fluid. These are strictly preventive measures, because, fortunately, there have been no serious incidents yet.

However, BMW Company has already received several complaints to the failures of motorcycles’ brake systems. Motorcycles, which are to be withdrawn, were produced in a period between August, 2006, and May, 2009. These are: R 1200 GS Adventure, R 1200 ST, R 1200 RT, R 1200 R, R 1200 GS and K 1200 GT. Some of them have already been checked and all failures have been repaired. The problem, however, remains the same; therefore BMW is going to check about 1/3 of its motorcycles, produced from 2006 to 2009. BMW dealers send to the owners of defective motorcycles official letters with proposition of solving their problems.

Australian authorities make producers of tobacco sale cigarettes in absolutely identical packages independently of the trademark, without any logo. Besides, the excise taxes for tobacco production will become higher up to 25%.

Corresponding laws will come into force in January, 2012. They are to obey the recommendations of the World Health Organization in order to reduce tobacco addiction. Since 2012 all cigarettes will have to be sold in absolutely identical packages without any company’s logo or motto. Thus the authorities intend to struggle for the health of nation.

The Prime-minister of Australia Kevin Rudd is previously ready to the discontent of tobacco producers. Meantime one of the leaders of tobacco industry, “Imperial Tobacco Australia”, is going to struggle against such initiative of the government.

In January, 2010, Iran gave to the IAEA its official propositions concerning the uranium enrichment plan. Tehran however stated the deal: simultaneous exchange of uranium to the nuclear fuel on the territory of Iran. But this condition did not meet the IAEA’s project. Before the preliminary agreement was reached on Iran’s uranium enrichment on the territory of the third countries. The IAEA proposed to supply low enriched uranium to Russia and to produce nuclear fuel for Iran in France. But still there are no official confirmations of this agreement from Iran.
