The USA has sent to the Security Council of the UN a project of the resolution on expanding sanctions against Iran. The measures proposed are to destabilize Iranian bank sector and other spheres of economy due to its refusal to stop uranium enrichment. The project is reconciled by the USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, China and Russia after long-lasting negotiations.

Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) by majority vote has officially adopted to stop any political contacts with Belorussia. The resolution says that Belorussia doesn’t shows enough progress in order to correspond the standards of Council of Europe.

Prosecutor Nino Gatto requires sentence closest aide and ally of Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi to 11 years in prison, reportedly referring to the news agency ANSA. With such demand Gatto asked the court of Palermo, where the appeal is considered Marcello Dell’Utri, accused of having links to organized crime.
