Real Estate in Turkey rises in price unexpectedly

The global fall in house prices was not reflected fully in the growing resort markets of countries with positive population trend. The fact is that real estate markets in Turkey, the Dominican Republic, the resort towns of Mexico and Egypt continue to stay in the green zone. Index of growth of the Turkish real estate exceeded 8% in the first quarter of 2010, which was European record for the market.

Forecast: Dow Jones Industrial Average waits for interesting rally

Predictions about the rising or falling Dow Jones Industrial Average are very vague and depend on many factors, anticipate these factors ahead of a very, very difficult, but possible. It is quite possible that the index Dow Jones Industrial Average set sights on a mark at 12 000 points by the end of the year and 13 000 points in 2011. The American stock market lies ahead rally. This opinion is shared by Peter Moric, a professor of business school named after Robert Smith at the University of Maryland and former chief economist of the International Trade Commission USA.

Newsweek’s forecast for 2010: crisis in Europe and Fidel Castro’s death

The US magazine Newsweek has dropped into the future and predicted possible events in international relations going to occur in 2010. The forecast is anything but optimistic: expected revolutions in Pakistan and Venezuela, crisis in China and Europe, the collapse of Pound and prosperity of Brazil.
