US stocks close the week with the DJIA crash, forecasts are unexpected
Friday, July 16th, 2010Dow index becomes weaker and weaker during current trading. Negative macroeconomic statistics and recent bank reports affected greatly the market today, leading to the rapid fall of the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the other US indexes. At the beginning of today’s trading the DJIA dropped 0.6%, the S&P 500 lowered 0.5% and the Nasdaq lost 0.7%. The indexes continued to decrease as the session went on.
