Rate of the European currency continues to fall, the EU is trying to help

The rate of the single european currency are trying to save. The euro exchange rate over the past few days has collapsed to a record low. “General mobilization” to “reflect the attack on the euro” was announced by the country euro zone. This was explained by French President Nicolas Sarkozy, following a crisis summit of Heads of State and Government of 16 countries of the EU, united by a common currency.

Nino Gatto takes revenge to Berlusconi

Prosecutor Nino Gatto requires sentence closest aide and ally of Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi to 11 years in prison, reportedly referring to the news agency ANSA. With such demand Gatto asked the court of Palermo, where the appeal is considered Marcello Dell’Utri, accused of having links to organized crime.

The sentence of Berlusconi’s former lawyer was recalled

This Thursday the Italian Court of Appeal recalled a sentence given to David Mills, the former lawyer of Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. Though Mr. Mills wasn’t acquitted, the statute of limitation of the case expired and so the sentence was recalled.

Silvio Berlusconi is ready to continue his public duties

A month ago Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi was attacked during the political rally. Mentally ill Massimo Tartaglia threw a statuette at 73-year old Berlusconi, leaving him with deep cuts on his face, broken nose and two teeth.
