The threat of rejection of the U.S. dollar is becoming a major problem for the U.S. stock market and an indicator of blue chip Dow Jones Industrial Average. Dow Jones Industrial went up to the mark of 9,852.17 points. Falling Dow index over -286 points (-2.82%) today. So, a new UN report contains a proposal to abandon the dollar as the main global reserve currency, so it can not guarantee the price.

Stock markets could bring a lot of surprises today. Gold price and Dow Jones have become flagships of the markets last week. Support and confidence of buyers for the gold and blue-chip Dow Jones was huge. Last week, the U.S. and China entered into a dispute about the import, export and exchange rates. Dow Jones Industrial Average was able to grow to a peak of 10,450.64 points last time. The level of growth was +16.47 points (0.16%). Gold has set an absolute record of the year … World trade is returned in an era when it was not private, and public business, and most important source of national sovereignty served as gold.

Coalition government of Great Britain has today adopted common program. New authorities support military operation in Afghanistan and close cooperation with the USA concerning Middle East. Thus, political parties have regulated problems concerning which they had opposite positions.

The USA has sent to the Security Council of the UN a project of the resolution on expanding sanctions against Iran. The measures proposed are to destabilize Iranian bank sector and other spheres of economy due to its refusal to stop uranium enrichment. The project is reconciled by the USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, China and Russia after long-lasting negotiations.

President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad applies for the US visa in order to visit the UN conference for the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. The conference is planned to be held in New York in May.

Volcano in Iceland continues to actively spewing magma, but airlines have dared to resume the flights. Sheremetyevo International Airport said the resumption of flights to a number of areas that were previously canceled due to the closure of airspace in Europe.

Today on February, 26, several explosions have occurred in the capital of Afghanistan Kabul. According to the police data, there are 17 dead and 32 injured, among them are two policemen and several foreigners. The responsibility is on Taliban.
