The volcano in Iceland awakened new volcanoes

Icelandic eruption of the volcano, which paralyzed air travel, according to scientists, perhaps marks the beginning of the burst of volcanic activity, which will affect the life of Europe for decades. Scientists have reconstructed the chronology of 205 volcanic eruptions in Iceland for 1100 years and came to the conclusion that they are regular cycles, and a relatively quiet phase, which lasted five decades, is coming to an end.

Volcano in Iceland will be active during 60 years

Volcano in Iceland is more than active. Flying over the North Atlantic and around can be virtually ceased in the coming years, experts predict. And the explosions of the volcano Eyyafyallayekyul in Iceland and clouds of ash – a familiar sight. The volcano woke up quietly over the past ten years. And remind yourself of the tremors. Last earthquake which triggered Eyyafyallayekyul occurred in late May 2008. Thus, for almost a year ago volcano entered the active phase, it blew up on Wednesday, April 14, and is not going to fall asleep again. All seismographic data indicate that in front of us expects a large number of eruptions and earthquakes are very large.
