<p>Incredible amount of precipitation has covered Mediterranean coast of Spain. More than 220 000 people are remained without electricity. The most suffered is Barcelona. The temperature of -1 degree is unusual for the capital of Catalonia. Besides, there has been sharp temperature drop from +18 to -1. The city is covered with snow and ice.</p>

Regional security forces are being activated in order to block weapons’ deliveries to the conflict zone. Suffered villages are being patrolled by soldiers in order to avoid disorders. </p>
<p>This attack is supposed to be the continuing of the conflict between representatives of two communes (Muslims and Christians-Pagans) started on January. In result 95 people of Fulani nation are arrested. The victims are Christians from Ber nation. Specialists consider the reason of the conflict is not a religious controversy but free land deficite. </p>

Suicide-bomber has undermined the police building of Lahore city where arrested militants have been being interrogated. <p>The suicide-bomber in the mined car has crashed the building of Lahore department of the Federal Investigation Agency. In result 13 people are dead and about 60 are wounded. Also madrasa and hospital are destroyed.</p>
<p>The militants of the Taliban Movement of Pakistan have pleaded themselves the organizers of the terrorist act and have threatened other explosions. They say that it has been a revenge for the military operations and attacks of the US drones to the regions close to Pakistani-Iranian border. <p>Somali pirates have received a ransom of $3 million and then have released the ship with the entire crew. Now Thai Union-3 is on the way to the tow boat of Russia’s Navy. The captain of the boat Sergey Harlan was wounded in the arm while hijacking. Pirates say that medical aid has been given to him in time. </p>
<p>The ship belongs to the Thai company Thai Union occupied with deliveries of frozen fish and seafood. It has been seized by pirates on October, 29, 2009. Its crew consists of 23 citizens of Russia, 2 citizens of Ghana and 2 people from Philippines.   </p>
