According to the latest figures of the Royal Institute of certified appraisers (RICS) the balance of prices in the secondary real estate market in the UK in April was 17% (expected 10%) compared to 9% in March.

The balance of the price displayed on the basis of survey of experts from different regions of the country and reflects the percentage difference between the number of messages on the growth and decline in property prices in these regions. In this case the balance of prices takes a positive value when the dominant trend of increasing property values and negative otherwise.
