Magazine New Musical Express defined 100 best songs of the first decade of this millenniun

In brief: "Crazy In Love"(2003) by Beyonce has become the best song of the decade

On New Year’s Eve the magazine New Musical Express has published its TOP-100 best songs of the last 10 years. “Crazy In Love”(2003) by Beyonce is at the head of the list.

As it is known tracks has been ranked not by the poll of melomans but according to the preferences of NME’s collaborators. The first dozen contains generally tracks of the singers appeared on the scene after the year 2000 besides Beyonce and Blur.

Thus the best song of the dacade “Crazy in love” is followed by the song called “Time To Pretend” (2008) of MGMT. This group introduces the folk-rock style so their track sounds not ordinary. The third position is occupied by The Strokes’s song “Hard To Explain”(2001). The next seven positions belong to:

6.The Rapture – “House Of Jealous Lovers” (2003)
