Current session at the US stocks continues to demonstrate mixed dynamics as the Dow Jones Industrial Average tries to fight the bearish trend. The DJIA rose 0.11% recently, followed by the S&P 500 that grew 0.03%. The Nasdaq remains in the red zone, dropping 0.02%.

The session was also affected with the financial reports of Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo & Co. and Coca-Cola. Morgan Stanley shares rose 7.5% after the reported bank’s profit exceeded analytics forecasts. Wells Fargo shares increased 4.9% – the net profit of the company also appeared to be better than predicted. The Coca-Cola securities grew 1.8%.
The Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold published its financial report today. The company’s net profit for the first half of the year grew nearly 2.5 times to $1.54 billion compared to the $631 million received during the same period last year. The quotations of the company grew 5% at the beginning of the trading. The growth of the copper prices also helped to increase the growth of the quotations.
