Architecture Billings Index increases MBA believes in the restoration of the mortgage

In brief: Architecture Billings Index and the Mortgage Bankers Association are pleased investors good data statistics.

According to the Mortgage Bankers Association of the USA (MBA) the number of applications for mortgage loans increased by 7.6% for week ending 16 July, a week earlier, it was observed a decrease of 2.9%.

The Architecture Billings Index (ABI), compiled by the American Institute of Architects and is a leading indicator of upcoming construction of commercial non-residential buildings, in June, slightly improved to 46.0 points from 45.8 points in May. The index value above 50 points indicates an increase in the coming construction volumes in this sector industry.
