Deutsche Telekom, Germany’s largest telecommunications company, reported that in the II quarter of this year its profit rose by 20.5% to 722 million euros against 599 million euros during the same period a year earlier.

Net profit of Deutsche Telekom with the activities of T-Mobile UK in II quarter has decreased on 8,8%, to 475 million euros. Revenues decreased by 4,4% and amounted to 15.531 billion euros. Deutsche Telekom’s net profit for the first half of 2010 amounted to 1,24 billion euro against net loss of $ 603 million for the same period a year earlier. The analytics see further negative trend.
