McDonald’s Corporation (NYSE: MCD) rises higher as the DJIA holds ground

McDonald's global sales rose in July at 7%

McDonald’s Corporation (NYSE: MCD) reaches the mark of 73.03 points, gaining +1.29 points, or 1.80%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average remained above 10.710, typing +56.54 (0.53%) in late trading.

With fast food restaurants McDonald’s, reported on 7% Mr. increase global sales for July at restaurants open more than a year ago due to improved results in the Asian markets, increase the time of the restaurants, as well as growth in sales of beverages. Analysts on average expected increase by 5,1%. In addition, sales in the U.S. market increased by 5,7%, while in Europe – by 5,3%. So, is McDonald’s good or bad for the US economy?
