Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) is below 500 points. Google Inc. shares lost -5.45 points (-1.08%) and stood at 499.90. Analysts see no prospects for the U.S. stock market today, but Google Inc. must return the lost tomorrow.

At the same time, Skype, creator of the world’s largest Internet telephony system, filed an application to the Commission on Securities and Exchange Commission of U.S. initial public offering (IPO), the site says the company. Number of shares to be issued and their price is not yet defined. The application mentions only the nominal value of 1 cent. The procedure will be followed by banks, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and others planned to trade shares on the stock exchange NASDAQ.
