Commonwealth Property Office Fund published data on its annual profits conditioned by a price rise. Company’s net profit amounts to AUD 114,2 mln.(its fiscal year closing June 30) compared to a loss of AUD 543,7 mln. previous year. It’s worth noting, the Commonwealth Property is to pay 5.55 AUD cents per share this year.
