Dow Jones Industrial Average is close to the mark of 10.500 points. Dow index gained +39.05 points (0.37%), pushing the bears away. At the same time, FTSE 100 index losing and is in the red zone. The British FTSE 100 index traded with a decrease to 0,04%, French CAC 40, on the contrary, lowered by a similar 0.04%, while the German DAX 30 lost by this time 0.25% of the cost. Today’s session at the leading European markets began with up and the best results were observed in shares of banks.

Monday, May 31, the main German stock market indices have shown positive dynamics. Lowering agency Fitch Ratings credit rating of Spain at the same level with the AAA to AA + negative impact on investor sentiment in early trading session. Nevertheless, rumors that central banks in connection with the debt crisis in Europe may postpone raising key interest rates at a later time period helped the indices to move in the green zone.

Specialists of British Petroleum have just started pumping up oil from the Gulf of Mexico. Their engineers have before succeeded in setting the pipeline of 15 cm in diameter and 1.5 km long and joining it with the emergency equipment. Now oil is being pumped up to the tankers.

The emergency is declared in the US states Alabama and Mississippi because of the accident in the floating platform Deepwater Horizon. Before the emergency was declared in Louisiana and Florida.
