Istanbul: family quarrel caused shooting in Ukrainian Consulate
Tuesday, March 9th, 2010Ukrainian Ministry of foreign affairs reports that General Consulate of Ukraine in Istanbul has today been armed attacked. Fortunately, there are no victims and the attacker is arrested.
