Volcano in Iceland still remains one of the greatest problems in Europe. According to recent University of Iceland, the eruption of the main Icelandic volcano slowed: lava flow has completely stopped, and the volcano emits only a small amount of ash.

Volcano in Iceland has become a real terrorist attack for Europe. European airlines see losses from stop flights, criticizing the actions aviavlastey and doubting that the closure of air space was needed. Major carriers have conducted dozens of successful test flights, although NATO fix the problems with their fighters.

The International Air Transport Association strongly criticizes the heads of European governments for their inability to solve the situation with transatlantic air communication after the volcanic eruption in Iceland. The head of the IATA Giovanni Bisignani is displeased with the actions of the European Ministers of Transportation, saying that it is unbelievable that they appointed teleconference only on fifth day after the beginning of eruption.

Volcanic eruption in Southern Iceland will not have a major impact on the climate of our planet, – reported at the Laboratory of the theory of climate behalf of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences Obukhov (IFARAN). Meanwhile, flights in Northern and Central Europe will be restored until Sunday night. This forecast gives the European Association for Aviation Safety Eurocontrol. The situation is unlikely to change over the coming days.
