Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) is in the red zone, with minor losses -0.17 (-0.07%). Company shares fell to 248.93 points. The main competitor – Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) rose to 488.15, taking 0.37% today.

In 1970 I was 6 years old and I remember very little of that time. The collapse of the Beatles walked me to a party, as well as the football World Cup in 1970, and I have only vague memories of that year held a general election, when a Mr. Heath has changed some of Mr. Wilson. The only event that made an indelible impression on me, was the first manned landing on the moon. I still remember those grainy photographs taken in 1969 when Neil Armstrong uttered his now famous words. Then I decided that I would be an astronaut. Then I grew up.

Bearish trend rules at the U.S. stocks today. Dow Jones Industrial Average remains on shaky position, floating between the green and red zone. Talking about the growth of the U.S. stock market is difficult, because the overall trading volumes remain low. Dow Jones index is at around 10,440.21 points, losing -2.20 points. At the same time, the dollar index declines by 0.06%, gold and silver are traded in positive territory at 0.5% and 0.9% respectively, industrial metals and energy prices show mixed dynamics.

Apple Company has failed the lawsuit against the owners of DOPi trade mark. Apple producers iPod players and its lawyers consider that DOPi violates its rights of using letter “i” in the name. But the court has judged other way.
