Company Renesas Electronics, the largest Japanese supplier of microcontrollers and semiconductor products, will buy Nokia unit producing wireless modems for about $ 200 million. According to executive vice president of Nokia Kaya Oistamo, the sale of this asset will allow the company to focus on our core business. “We believe that Renesas Electronics, as one of the key manufacturers of chipsets, is ideal for further development in this direction,” – said Mr. Oistamo.

Dow Jones Industrial Average may continue trading on the U.S. stock market in a negative mood on the background of macroeconomic problems the United States. U.S. stock futures slid Wednesday after home construction plunged in May, adding to the concerns about global growth amid new worries over Spain’s fiscal stability. Following the housing data, Dow Jones Industrial Average futures fell 61 points to 10271, while Standard & Poor’s 500-share futures dropped 8 points to 1101 and Nasdaq 100 futures slid 12 points to 1881.

Dow Jones Industrial Average could not withstand many internal and external economic challenges in major markets. Dow Jones loses confidence with each new day.
