Dow Jones Industrial Average was unable to oppose anything bearish trend. Bears take control trading in their paws. Brokers reduce the volume of trades at the outset. Positive statistics are not played a decisive role in the auction in the last day of the week. Now Dow Jones Industrial Average is losing 27.82 points (-0.27%). Dow Index continues trading on the stock market at around 10,230.00 points.

Though the presidential election in Sri Lanka is going to take place only on January 26, the tension among people is already growing. Arguments about the candidates lead to violence and violence leads to victims. Approximately four people have been killed and number of people has been wounded in the street fights in the previous weeks.
