News Corporation American media tycoon Rupert Murdoch on Monday announced the upcoming sale of controlling stakes in three Chinese TV channels, a private investment company, which stands for Shanghai Media Group (SMG), the second largest media corporations in China.

U.S. Internet giant Google has agreed to buy for $ 700 million company ITA Software, a software (SW) used by airlines, travel agencies and specialized sites for selection of routes flights. Google plans to integrate this service into its search engine that allows users to plan trips without the mediation of tour operators and agencies.

The Dow index rose all the first half of trades, but it goes down at the moment. DJIA is 10,491.76 points, it gained +41.12 (0.39%). The average trend is somehow unexpectable. European stocks have not collapsed during the last week. It seems like future defaults in Eurozone don’t scare buyers anymore… U.S. dept ceases to be a perpetual motion for a bearish trend. Something went wrong in this world. Earlier, the slightest problem of local markets threatened to collapse, but now we see the market inadequate response. From February through May, the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained more than 1000 points in an almost uninterrupted daily march upward.

The stock market started the day with the U.S. fall. 40 minutes after the opening of trading bulls awoke and started a confident attack. Bears retired after the first breakthrough Dow Jones Industrial Average into positive zone. Dow Jones Industrial Average continues trading in the green zone. Now Dow Jones is 10,172.23 points. The index increased by +35.60 points (0.35%).
