Exxon Mobil has negotiations with state oil companies of China on organizing joint venture. The cooperation is to cover fields of China as well as those out of the country. According to the vice-president of Exxon Mobil Mark Albers, the company tends to extend its production possibilities in oil sphere in China.

The stock market started the day with the U.S. fall. 40 minutes after the opening of trading bulls awoke and started a confident attack. Bears retired after the first breakthrough Dow Jones Industrial Average into positive zone. Dow Jones Industrial Average continues trading in the green zone. Now Dow Jones is 10,172.23 points. The index increased by +35.60 points (0.35%).

A new wave of recession overtook Europe by surprise. This time, the way the crisis was poor, Romania. The problems of this country have always been serious. But now the economy is on the verge of default, ie actual devastation. European zone does not know how to help Bucharest.

Parliamentary elections have today started in Iraq. 46 000 polling have been opened at 7:00 a.m. in 18 provinces of the country and also in 16 other countries. According to the official data, about 20 million people have a right to vote. These are the second parliamentary elections since Saddam Hussein regime falling in 2003.

The new President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich has today in the morning arrived to Brussels. The visit is planned to be one day long and in the evening Yanukovich will come back to Kiev.
